Where We Ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.

Dispatch Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day. This is our order-processing dispatch timeline, separate from courier delivery time. Processing may occasionally be affected by high-demand periods, public holidays, or address verification requirements.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner handling your area. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier network issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin Orders

If a package is undeliverable after multiple attempts and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund, in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout for eligible orders.
